Ruptured ICA/Pcom Aneurysm, Treatment
86F presented with loss of consciousness due to large subarachnoid hemorrhage and found to have left saccular ICA/PCOM aneurysm measuring max height 9.24mm, max width 4.36mm, and 3.2mm neck. Three coils successfully deployed w/ a Comaneci 17 assist.
