Great first #Comaneci case from Dr. Justin Mascitelli, at University Health in San Antonio, Texas. Patient presented with challenging ruptured ACOM. Phenomenal result with #Comaneci17 delivered through a straight SL-10 and Target coils also delivered through an SL-10 with Benchmark used as the guide catheter. Great result without the need for this patient to be on long term dual anti platelet therapy! Congrats @jmascite!!!
