“Partial re-sheathing Technique” to Perfection

Fantastic first #Comaneci case completed by Dr. Jimmy Ghostine, MD FRCPC at MOTHER FRANCES HOSPITAL - TYLER, Texas today. The patient presented with persistent headache. Her work up found a 4x5mm PCOM aneurysm with ZERO neck. Knowing an adjunctive device was essential for the case, Dr. Ghostine chose Comaneci which was delivered through the TREVO 021 micro catheter. Utilizing the “partial re-sheathing technique” the device worked to perfection with a densely packed stable mass of coils.
