Great first case for Dr. George Carstens at Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, Ok. Ruptured PCOM treated with #Comaneci and MicroVention-Terumo hydro coils. Dr. Carstens is not a fan of balloon assisted coiling and is elated he now has Comaneci to use for all of his wide necked ruptured aneurysms. Great job Dr. Carstens!
